Home Office Style
Some have full rooms dedicated to the purpose. Others make use of closets, built-ins, and reading nooks.
The wonderful thing about freelancing is you can switch things up. You can work from the coffee shop, your favorite café, or even sitting by the river if you so desire.
It’s nice, however, to have a home base. A place to return. A place where your creativity flows and your style shines.

Does your office scream “Bold and Daring!” or whisper “Light and Airy.”
Does it draw you to your favorite chair or are you more of a move about the room kind of artist? If your home office isn’t inspiring you to work and create, it may be time for a change. Sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. Check out some home office boards on Pinterest!

So, what’s your decorating style?
You will spend a lot of time in your home office so it is worth getting just right for you. If you don’t have a lot to spend, that is totally ok. Check your local thrift shops for decor that you can use as-is or update yourself. Many items can be repainted to better fit your style and space. You can make your own decor too.
